My husband and I walked into Old Navy (Ajax) at around 7:30 pm during Boxing week and were pleasantly impressed by the staff - Claudette in particular. She helped us check out reminding us of a discount that we were eligible for and noticed a mark on the shirt that we were buying and saved us the trouble of finding out at home and having to worry about returns. It's refreshing to still see the impact humans have on the whole in-store shopping. Thank you, Claudette!

Worst customer service by young white guy i guess his name is Lein. Reason I say white is he is a racist . He made a big mistake to my bill by charging $19 , that is fine as anyone can make mistake but when I found out and informed him, he didn’t even say sorry or not even ready to accept his mistake. Such a terrible behaviour from young guy. Learn to be a man soon MR.

I shop at this location often and the staff there are always lovely. I chatted with the sweetest cashier (Alicia I think) who also helped me get the best savings for my purchase. She was so lovely and genuine - the type you want to stand and talk to for hours!

Really disappointed… pointed out that the dress I picked out for my daughter was on a 40% off rack, otherwise came out to $37… only to be told that only one colour of the dresses were on sale for 40% off. The GM just said, sorry. Should have made it right and honoured the discount. Won’t be back.

The worse place for shopping I was at their store yesterday the moment I walked into the store I was stopped by the associates 4 times within 10 minutes saying I only have 15 minutes for shopping even though I confirmed with them that I am aware of the time and the black lady there the way she approaches customers is horrible wouldn’t recommend this place at all you will come out of store terrified

The manager was super helpful. I am assuming she was the manager, but I forgot her name but it had this number on the receipt 3375464 Anyways she helped me find the pants I was looking for, in many different Colours too! Also this vest i have had my eyes on for a while she helped me find :). Super helpful highly recommend this store.
